Here are a number of other people working on the same family:*&stype=Exact&given=alb*&bplace=&byear=&brange=0&dplace=&dyear=1890&drange=0&mplace=&myear=&mrange=0&father=&mother=&spouse=&skipdb=&period=All&submit.x=Search

You might be interested in knowing Thomas was a Civil War veteran. He served in Company B, 11th PA Inf, Company A, 177 PA Inf and Company B, 4th PA Cav. He received a pension for his services: from 1891 Appl 1030942 Cert 885144 Widow from 1920 Appl 1152968 Cert 88272. You can get a copy of his pension from the National Archives in Washington, DC for $75. While a bit pricey and the genealogical data it contains is uncertain, it may have some interesting genealogical data just the same. As I understand all the pensions will eventually be online, but I don't know the timeline. Some are already available online at for a fee.

BTW the census shows Thomas born in Maine rather than Canada. He lived in Clearfield County. Try the Clearfield County Historical Society and the Dubois Area Historical Society to see if they can help you find more on him such as a death date and obituary.
