Snow and Joshua Keen were the sons of Nathaniel Keen and Thankful Winslow; yes, they go back to the Mayflower -
Nathaniel s/o Josiah & Lydia (Baker) Keen,Jr; Josiah s/o Josiah & Abigail (Little) Keen; Abigail, d/o Thomas & Anna (Warren) Little; Anna d/o Richard & Elizabeth (?) Warren. Richard Warren was one of the signers of the Mayflower Compact.
My (no source listed) records show that Snow had a will dated 30 June 1820 and that he died about that date in Hebron, Maine, so you might try probate records there. His son, Snow, Jr was appointed executor of the estate.
I believe the Annals of Oxford, Maine are incorrect when they attribute Hannah and Thankful to Joshua. Pembroke VR show them both being born to Snow and Rebecca.
I grew up in Pembroke, Mass. and I am a direct Keene descendant, and willing to exchange info.
