Hi Phillip,

Thank you for your postings. You must be the Dr Phillip Keep that John Keep from Sydney told me about a couple of weeks ago when he & I talked on the phone.

I am pleased that you have responded to my earlier postings. We are related I guess. You may be able to help us unravel the history (& there are a couple of us related Keeps doing the history) given to me on a platter quite a few years back now. I was very appreciative & too busy (with my 6 children) to check for errors & ask for verification of the details. Frank Keep who passed the notes to me, has since died & I do not have any supporting info/evidence on the line beyond Samuel, son of Richard. So I am confident of the line from me to son of Richard Samuel.

Do you have much info on we related Aussie Keeps? For example do you have copies of the transportation papers for Richard? & when Eliza came out here?

I believe that Richard & Eliza were buried here in Australia but need to confirm that with supporting death certificates which I do not have yet. A couple of us were going to try to find the location of their headstones which we believe are located at Rocky Point Cemetry. Are you able to assist us in any way ie do you have any supporting details & are you willing to share?

That sounds a bit blunt but certainly we are very keen to straighten out the history which we suspected had floors in it. And we would be certainly very appreciative.
