While not John Keep of Longmeadow With my own gt gt gf John Keep 1824-1905 of Newport Pagnell, Bucks. ENG sailed to New South Wales when passing through Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in July 1853 The passenger list for the SS ARGO has been transcribed to call him John Keyes & family.
So I wonder if any body not finding the 1st USA John Keep who sailed to the New England colonies after c 1645--if records available... would be looking for other possible spellings and also looking for records of list of known fellow passengers / ie immigrants who might have sailed at same time and settled at Longmeadow or nearby.
