Further information sort. My grandfather's younger sister, Doris Mildred Ida Keep married Allan Holmes Robertson in Glasgow in 1921 and emigrated to the United States in 1924 with a son born in 1922 named Allan James Charles Roberts (Jimmy). They had a second son born in Yonkers, New York on 3 September 1924, Gerald (Wilfred) Robertson (Gerry). The family later moved to Miami Florida where Doris ran a Nursing Home. Gerry served as an aircraft-fitter with the US Army Air Corp during the Second World War and was stationed in England. It is thought that Doris and Allan adopted a daughter named Bunny.
I am interested in making contact with any descendents of Doris.
