Hi Kyle, Just this morning, I began looking at Kester postings, on a hunch. Actually, my search started with a Richard Pigeon who witnessed a will for John Wilburn who died in Prince George Co VA in 1712. And that's when I found a Pigeon/Kester family in Gulliford Co NC c 1770. At any event, all of this is to say that I'm seeking more knowledge re: Wilburns and their allied families. I have big gaps and trying to do some re-construction. And your posting history is of interest to me, since Wilburns and Raglands were allied families. (Again, I have big gaps, but I do know that Richard Wilburn owned land on the South Anna River in Lousia Co Va (1747) and that it bordered on the land of Evan Ragland. And it followed that there was a Wilburn Ragland. Actually two of them. And there is also a Boston Wilburn, born in Giles, VA son of William Wilburn b c 1760. Descendant of Richard Wilburn of Lousia Co VA. Sorry to ramble, but I wanted to demonstrate why your research is of interest to me. Most sincerely, Vikky Wilburn Anders in San Diego Notify Administrator about this message?
