Minard V. Kever was the son of Jacob William (or William Jacob) Kever b. ca 1840 in Ohio (probably VW Co.) and wife Isabel Edwards. He was mostly called William. He and Isabel Edwards were married Feb 28, 1864 in VW Co., OH. He died May 25, 1907 in Dixon, VW Co., OH and bured in the Flat Rock Cem. in Allen Co., IN.
Jacob William Kever was the son of Jacob Kever b. ca 1793 in PA and Anna Hoagland b. ca 1799 in Jefferson Co., OH. They went to VW Co., OH Tully Twp. around 1837. Old Jacob Kever died in VW Co. sometime before the 1850 census. My ancestor was their son, James Kever born about 1820 in Jefferson Co., OH He married Susan Hudspeth Sep 25, 1842 in VW Co., OH.
