My mother-in-law said that Troy was a double cousin of her mother's (Hollis Landrum Steward). She said she thinks his mother was "Poppa" Enoch Landrum's sister and that his father was "Grandmom" Martha Keever Landrum's brother. This would mean that Troy's mother was Mary Rosanah Landrum and his father was James W. Kever. Troy was married to Sadie and they had a daughter named Mary Martha if my mil remembers correctly and they lived in Bolivar, Mo. I don't have any more information as to his family leaving the state of Arkansas.
