I believe that these KEEVER's you speck of in IND. could be somehow related to the NC Keever's. Because ; The KEEVERs in NC are also from Germany. It has been said from several people that there were brothers that came over and settled in PENN. Then one Jacob Kever went to NC and settled and he served in the War of the States in the 37th NC and then after the war he and his daughter that was a widow traveled to AR and settled close to a son named also Jacob KEEVER and lived there until he passed. With so many Jacobs and Adam in the Keever name there has to be some connection. When Jacob came to AR they dropped one of the "E" ,so it is spelled KEVER. That is my family name. Thank You
