Your message is very helpful. Did not know the names of the grandfather or father of Victor Henry.
Victor Henry Keisel was 6 years old living with his maternal grandparents, Charles R. Koch and Caroline? (Don't know maiden name). Sources: 1900 Census Philadelphia Co., PA.
1880 Census Philadelphia Co., PA shows Annie Victoria Koch age 15. On the 1870 Census Schuylkill Co. PA she is shown as Victoria age 5.

I'm helping a friend research her Keisel family.
If I can be of help to you let me know. Although I believe you have far more info than I do.

Good luck in your research.
