Hello: Found your request for Kelling information.
I am a direct decendent of the Kellings on my mother's side of the family. I spent many hours on the ranch in Westcliffe
Colorado while I was growing up. My mother is Lorene Ann Nigh (Kelling). She has a brother Floyd August Kelling and a sister Mary Carolin Gretton (Kelling, all whom are still living in Pueblo Colorado. Thier father was a Karl(Carl) Willham Kelling borne 31 Decembe 1900 in Westcliff Colorado.
He was married to Ell Caroline Kindt Febuary 17, 1929 and passed away July 18, 1969 from sleeping sickness.
His father was Karl Wilhem Charles Kelling born may 11, 1872
He had married Louisa Marie Hemme Feb 14, 1900. (He later married her sister Chatarina Emilie Hemme whom I remeber as a small child in my aunt's home. She had a son whom was my gran fathers half brother: William F. Kelling he passed on in 1986.)His father was Wilhelm Karl Kelling born Feb 17,1839 in Hanover, Prussia Germany. My Uncle Floyd sent mos of this information to me. The work continues.

I have a bit more information to pass on to you if you would like. Contact me via e-mail as it is getting late for now and I have to get up early to clear snow at work. Hope this gets you started. TTFN
