Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
My father is Emil Kellner, b. NYC 1924. His father was Joseph Kellner, b. NYC around 1900. Joseph's father, I believe, was Morton, or something with an M. All are/were in clothing manufacturing, Morton, Joseph, in the lower east side. Prewar, they were in NYC, Baltimore, Wilkes-Barre. Joseph, my grandmother Martha, and my dad Emil did live in the Bronx at one time, but I believe it was before WWII. Joseph had two half sisters, Etta K. Schoenholtz(?) and Elizabeth K. Pomerantz. Both lived in NY area/boroughs until 1960s+. Would love to hear more.
