Sorry Ann, I don't yet have a candidate. I just recently found this entry. Have you any thoughts? I knew my Thomas H. Kellow had a sister named Celia, but I had always had her husband as Robert Vaughn. This record is the source of my previous note:

Williamson County marriages,
"Robert Vaughn to Celia Kellow 12/21/1836"

Since the Thomas Kellow Will was from 1834, maybe Mr. Jobe passed away between 1834 and 1836. Therefore he might be pretty hard to find unless he was in the 1830 census. I don't know if Mr. Jobe and Celia had any children. If so, we might find some Jobe children in a Vaughn household in 1850.
