I'm African-American. My mothers' maiden name is Kellough. She was born in Tennessee and I think had relatives in Arkansas. It is said that all Kelloughs are related. Owing to slavery, I'm sure her side of the family inherited that name. Somewhere along the line, some Indian blood was injected into the gene pool. Probably Creek or Cherokee. There was also a Dobbs in my mothers ancestry. Any information you have would be appreciated.
