Alas, no, I don't think so. My Betsy KELLOW was born about 1826, so pretty sure her father Moses KELLOW could not have been born in 1836. Perhaps this James KELLOW had an older brother Moses? I'm waiting for the 1841 St. Teath census to come online to see if they are there. Thanks anyway!
