Thanks for your reply, it sounds like I've got my work cut out for me on this one. I'm first going to some assumptions based on what you've said here and you let me know what you think:
Kellow is probably the correct spelling, other spellings that I've found are more likely mis-spellings.
James Proffitt's line has been well researched and documented, he was Scotch I'm wondering if Martha was either Scotch or English.
I'm going to read your posting over some more and let it all sink in real good and go to work on Martha bearing your info in mind. I'd like to know more about the Kellows in Tn.,Mo., and here in central Arkansas. Thanks again, Bob Reynolds, Batesville, Arkansas
