Hi there,
My great-great-great-great-great grandparents happen to be William Boxhal (b. Godalming 12 Feb 1832) and Mary Ann Kelly (b. India 2 Mar 1847).
Mary Ann's parents were Thomas Kelly, an Irish sergeant and Catherine Kelly.
William was a convict and was transported to Australia upon the 'William Hammond'. Mary Ann and William met in Australia, supposedly while Mary Ann's father was on duty in Australia. William and Mary Ann married on the 4th of May 1863.
I'm trying to find the ancestry of the Kelly family in Ireland, so if anyone can help, please do.
