Looking for relatives of Margaret Kelsey and Nathan Peebles. I think their daughter Mary may have been my 3g. I have Mary Peeples, b ca 1785 VA, marrying Andrew J. Hannah, b 1780 York Co., SC, in Greene Co., TN, around 1802. I noticed that one of Margaret and Nathan's sons was in Greene Co. and there are some repeating names in my family. Mary's children were Nathan, Enoch Harris, Margaret E., Elizabeth, Alexander, Nancy Ellen, William, Andrew and Jonathan. They probably left Greene Co. around 1818 and were in Indiana by 1821, eventually settling in Daviess Co. My 2g, Nathan Hannah, married into a family of Quakers, but I know Andrew Sr.'s father, William, was Presbyterian, from North Ireland and lived in Lancaster Co., PA, and Mecklenburg Co., NC.

If anyone has info on this Mary, please contact me at

Thanks, Rodney
