After a long search I located the death/burial location of Pinkney Elliott,the husband of Georgia (Kelton) Elliott, b. Dec 1855, GA); submitted in case others may be looking for this subject. Also if anyone else has information on these individuals I would be very interested.
Pinkney Elliott, b.18 Sept 1851, GA, d. 7 Feb 1933, Dallas, Tx , buried in the Dallas City Paupers Cemetery, Dallas, Tx.
Pinkney Elliott was married to Georgia A. Kelton on 3 Jan 1874, Lumpkin Co., Ga
