Looking for information about descendants of Leroy H. Kemp and Betty Kemp, listed in 1900 Census in Fulton Town, Henrico, Virginia. Leroy's occupation is "Commissioner." Children Leroy H. Kemp, Jr. and Judith A. Kemp. The Kemp family ran a boarding house on Williamsburg Road.

In 1930, Leroy H. Kemp is listed in the Census as living in Fairfield, Henrico, Va.

There is a Mrs. Judith Kemp Selden listed as a graduate of Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Va. Class of 1907

I have two photographs that I would like to have identified. I think they are of a young woman in this family. One is taken with a servant, Missouri Finney. If someone in your family is in the photograph, I would be glad to give you a copy.
