Hello Bruce:
Hope all is well with you and yours.
I just had someone send me a posting from the 1851 census of Workington, Cumberland, ENG where my Felix Keenan and family immigrated from Co. Down; thought you might find it interesting:
Felix Kenan/M/M/36/Farm Labourer/IRL
Sarah Kenan/W/M/42/IRL
John Kenan/S/14/collier/IRL
Susannah Kenan/D/12/IRL
James Kenan/S/7/IRL
William Kenan/S/1/CUL Dearham

I guess spelling was optional in those days. This is most certainly my family although ages are somewhat off.
Best regards;
Chuck Keenan
