Felix Kenan was a mamber of "Sons of Liberty in N.C." He represented Duplin Co. Colonel Kenan was a brother to Thomas and William Kenan-all came to New Hanover Co. in the 1730's which later became Duplin Co. His wife was Catherine, widow of Daniel Love and a dau. of George and Sarah Norris of Nahunga-Mar. ca 1754. Children Capt. William Kenan D ca 1787,Nancy mar. Harrold Blackmore,Jane mar. John Hill and Rose (male)"now in England for his education"1781. Felix d. in Duplin Co. between Apr 9th and July 18th, 1785. There is a little more in the book, please let me know if you want it.
