Reference Kenan Kern's comment about the descendants of the Kenan family losing our history. He is right. About the only thing I can suggest is that when we do have some hard research, it can be filed with the public records of Duplin County as a Miscellaneous Record. I am a descent of HARRALL BLACKMORE and MARY KENAN? of Duplin County. My cousins and I are having a hard time putting it all together. When I finally complete my work on the Kenan family, I intend to file it in the public records of Duplin County and New Hanover County, North Carolina.
