That is interesting, I think I would stroke out if I found I had two Kennedy lines, lol.
My ancestor was Finis Kennedy b @1829 in ALA, I have never found him anywhere except the 1860 Tishomingo census. He wed Sarah Parrish @1853. She was living Wayne County, Tn on the 1850 census. On a Wayne County document dated 1852 I found a Finis Kennedy listed as one on a list that was working on road improvements. So I guess that's how they met. He joined the MS 32nd volunteers in 1862 and died in a Georgia confederate hospital in 1863.
I recently found a tree that said Hamilton and David S had another brother named Joseph. Looking on the 1840 Marion, Co.census, Joseph is living between David and Hamilton, but gone in 1850.So I am thinking that perhaps Finis was a son of Joseph. I just need to find more on Joseph, if possible.
