Eliza H. Kennedy m. William H. Lilly 1837-illinois

I am trying to determine the parents of Eliza H. Kennedy b, December 12, 1821 in Tn. At age 15 she married William H. Lilly in Shelby County, Illinois in what is now Moultrie County where she died in 1862.
The 1850 Census shows Nancy Kennedy age 16 living in the home of Eliza and William. Nancy looks to be the daughter of John and Margaret (Tadlock) Kennedy born in 1834.
I thought at first that Eliza and Nancy were sisters. However I have not seen any list for this family that includes Eliza H.
John and Margaret had a daughter born in Rush co. Indiana in 1832 usually listed as Eliza (or Elizabeth) Lilly Kennedy which would seem to discount my Eliza H. as a sister to Nancy.
Several Lilly family researchers have linked Eliza H. to Elias and Isabella (Dobbins) Kennedy, but this couple was married in 1822, after the birth of Eliza and the only place I see Eliza H attached to this family is in Lilly family trees. Never in well documented information about this preachers family in Moultrie County.
I strongly believe my Eliza H Kennedy to be very closley related to John and Margaret Kennedy's family. There were a number of closley related Kennedy families in this area of Illinois at the time that Eliza may be from.
Can anyone help.
