I am descended from the Andrew "Kepheart" that you cite on the 1810 census. He was one of the sons of Nicklaus (Nicholas) Kephardt(Gebhardt). Here is my collected info about Nicklaus and other family members:

Nicklaus/Nicholas (abt.1733-abt 1829) - Emigrated from Basel Switzerland by way of Rotterdam to America in 1747 on the ship "Two Brothers". In 1802, Nicholas Kephart (Gebhardt) moved to Clearfield Co., PA (Rush known as New Center). He cleared cleared the land, erected buildings and began a new American life as a farmer near the town of Philipsbug, PA. The farmstead in located 1/2 mile southeast of Center School and three miles from Phillipsburg. Nicholas served as a private in the Revolutionary War under the command of John Trexler's Company, first Battalion of Northampton County, PA. Nicholas died at the age of 96 and is buried in the Abram Goss Cemetery east of Osceloa Mills, PA. He is buried next to his wife Mary (Wiser) and near Adam Kephart. Adam Kephart and wife are noted as parents of Eva, a daughter, on 24 Feb 1768, in Lehigh County. It appears that Adam Kephart is most likely a brother or other close relative of Nicholas. Unknown exactly when Adam emigrated to the New World.

History of Centre County PA lists Michael Kephart, tanner, living in Millheim, as a resident in Haines Twp. in 1801. In 1814, in Rush Twp. Andrew Kephart is named as a "resident". 1818, Andrew Kephart, a teamster, is living in Philipburg Burrough. This history also notes that in 1803 Nicholas Kephart cleared his farmland in Centre County, near Philipsburg.

Hope this helps. I am descended from Andrew's daughter, Catherine Kephart, 1816-1901, who married Samuel Milliken 1807-1889. They are my gx2 grandparents.
