KERBY FAMILY OF COLLIN CO., TX

Am seeking info on Lucy Kerby (sometimes seen as Curby) who moved to TX from Pike Co., AR between 1860 & 1870 with her husband (Andrew) Jackson Brock and their children. In 1870, they are in Dallas. Living in their household was my gggrandmother, Mary Matilda Ward - age 16. Mary was b. AR, so probably came to TX with the Brocks. I haven't been able to find out anything about Mary's ancestors. She married James Wesley Wetsel in Collin Co. in 1871. The Wetsels were a large family who came to TX in the 1840s and settled in the McKinney area, and later in Allen & Plano. They were friends of the Kerbys. I'd like to know if and/or how Mary was related to Jackson & Lucy. My research on Jackson Brock's family leads me to believe that she was probably not related to him. However, I don't know if their is a tie to Lucy's family or not. Any help with this is appreciated.
