I too am researching the Kerfoot name and am a decendent of Arthur Watson Carter and Mary "Polly" Kerfoot of Winchester, Frederick Co. Va.
I have Mary as the daughter of William Kerfoot b. 1724 in Dublin, Ireland, he married Mary Margaret Carter in 1745 in Frederick Co. Va.
Did Mary "Polly" Kerfoot marry a cousin??
Do you have any further information on William Kerfoot's parents?
