My grandfather was born in Tipperrary in Ireland in 1847. He and his wife, Mary Whelan - born in Gerteen Burr, Irelandnin1856 - had 11 children. One of the girls was Ellen - born in 1897 in Hoboken, New Jersey (I'm not sure of the location).They came to America between 1862 and 1875. Could this be your Ellen? Gloria
