Hi: My husband's great, great grandfather was from Dublin, Ireland. He was Christopher Kiernan, born in 1826. He married Anna Gibbons. They had 9 children. He and his family immigrated to New York in 1860. At some point, the last name was changed from Kiernan to Kernan. I am will to share what information I do have. Please email me directly at:
dkernan@tampabay.rr.com

By the way I have a sister-in-law who lives in New Malden, Surrey, England. New Malden is about (south west) 1 hour from London.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Denise
