Thanks Grant. Most of my Kernans came over and settled in Camden, New Jersey, just across the Delaware river from Philadelphia, PA. Where in Pennsylvania did your family settle? Do you know where in Ireland they where from? My guys came from the Carrickmacross area of Co. Monaghan. My great grandfather was Lawrence Kernan. He had 2 brothers that were in Camden, John and Owen.

With 3 brothers all in Camden, NJ, I'm not sure how their other brother Patrick wound up all the way over in El Paso. :-)
