The obituary for Anna Barton reads:

Mrs Alfred Barton, of Gofftown, died Tuesday, august 17,1937, at the Bonne Terre Hospital following a long illness, aged 54 years, 3 months and 14 days. Internment was in Parkview Cemetery.
Anna Kernan, daughter of the late Patrick and Julia Bloom Kernan, was born May 8,1883, in Ste. Genevieve County, Mo.
On Nov.25,1906, she was united in marriage to Alfred Barton, who with their two sons survives. They are Ancel and Earl Barton, both living in Michigan.
She also leaves two sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Ella Nations of Clearwater, Mrs. Florence Thornton of St. Louis, Mo., Walter Kernan,of Belmont, Calif., William Kernan of Esther, Mo. and Raymond Kernan, of Bismarck, Mo,
Arrangements for the funeral had not been completed as the News went to press, but it will probably be held at Farmington,Mo. Catholic Church this morning.

The second wife of Alfred was Martha Russell Barton, born May 3,1875 and died Nov.16,1946. She is also buried in Parkview Cemetery.

Hope this helps you. Now I would like to have names and birthdates and death dates of Ancil and Earl's wives and children as the only thing I have is I know Ancil had a son Donald. I also have been in contact with a Dr. John Kernan from Alamossa, Colo. that said his grandmother was Anna and he wanted info on Patrick Kernan. I think he said his Father was Ancil, because we talked about the fact Anna had Ancil before she married, therefore the last name Kernan instead of Barton. Mary Kernan
