Our Kernan's also came from Ireland abt. 1847-1850. Their names were Francis Kiernan married to Margaret Kelly. They came to the Brooklyn Kings area of New York. Children were Patrick m. Julia Bloom, Owen, m. Emma, James, John, Elizabeth, Catherine Theresa, m. John Ouchterloney, Francis, m. Margaret Gottlieb, Thomas, m. Elizabeth Gottlieb, Margaret,m Stephen Howley and Helen, m. ----Spangster. Is there anyone out there related? Mary Kernan
