Hi Matt,
Do you know how your Kernans ended up in Philly from Ireland. I can't find my gt gt grandfather and I know that he was in Philly before coming to Fl. with I think, a new wife he met there. This would be around 1849. If you have traced the way they came from Ireland, it might be a help to me. I have written to the Natl Archives. From the word go they want to know all the answers I'm looking for. It's a laugh. I am looking for Peter Kernan and Martha White. Thanks a lot. Fran
