Steven: I have for years been trying to connect an Isabel Kerr to her lineage. Isabel married David Alexander in Green Co., TN in 1/1827. They later moved to IN where in a Federal Census she states she was born in VA in 1805. She may have had a married sister named Elizabeth Rice. I feel she is the daughter of one of the Augusta, VA Kerr's, but can't connect her to them.
Have you run across an Isabel Kerr born in VA in 1805?
