Hello. I'm looking for descendents of and information about Thomas Kerr, born 1843 in Scotland. He married Amanda "Mandy" Palmer in the late 1860s, and they had six children together: George O. (1869), Alice (1871), Carrie (1874), Frances M. "Fannie" (1876), Joseph Henry (1880), and Myron Hawley (1880). Thomas and Amanda also raised their granddaughter, Myrtle Ruth Harrison (frequently went by Kerr; born 1890, daughter of Alice Kerr and George N Harrison). Some census records give the last name as Carr.
Thomas was the son of Joseph and Alice/Allison/Elsie Kerr, both of Scotland. Thomas had two known siblings - a brother, David Johnson Kerr (married Anna Downs), and a sister referred to as Nelia on the 1860 census (might be short for Cornelia). The 1851 Canada Census gives a different name for Nelia and lists her as a son. Both of Thomas's siblings were born in Canada.
I'd be especially delighted if anyone has pictures of this family.
