Kerrigan sisters, Newark, NJ, 1900-1930s

Looking for ancestry of Sarah, Susan, and Katy (Kittie?) Kerrigan, who managed and lived in boarding houses in Newark, NJ, at 84 Thomas St. and later at 1189 Broad St. They were sisters of Helen "Nellie" Kerrigan (1857-??), who married Charles J. Blaich. According to the censuses, their parents were born in Ireland or Northern Ireland, but I have nothing else on their parentage. Does anyone have a lead?
