What do YOU think???

What do YOU think???
[I am going to simplify this greatly .. I hope that "listees" can follow my train of thought?? This little detail has always bothered me?]

Martin KERSTETTER b.1697 had 4 sons and 3 daughters. My query concerns the sons who were.....
1.Sebastian 1729
2.Michael 1731
3.Martin 1733
4.Leonard 1739 ... or 1747???

Martin 1697 left a WILL at his death in 1759. There was a great detail of information about the provisions to be awarded to his widow. If Leonard was born in 1747 to this second wife?? ... wouldn't there have been great detail about the provisions for this underage son [age 12]?? If Leonard was born in 1739 to wife #1 ... he would have been abt 20 years old at his father's death and not considered an underage child to be raised and educated?

What does everyone think about this?
Why is Leonard always listed as the son of wife #2??
