Floyd's Northumberland County Genealogy on page 833 lists an Emanuel Wilson Kerstetter as a descendant in the 5th generation from George Kerstetter who came from Germany and settled near Shamokin in Nothumberland Co., PA. George had son John. John had son John F.(b.1817). John F. had son Joel (b.1848). Joel had son Emanuel Wilson (b.1869). On page 834 the genealogy of Leonard Kerstetter is discussed. He settled in the western part of Cameron Twp. in Northumberland Co. around 1800. I believe this Kerstetter was a descendant of Johann Martin
