I believe I found the correct Thomas L. Kessinger who was born in 1877 in Hart County Ky . His Father Name is Thomas also but he was born in 1851 in Hardin County, Ky ,His Father is Solomon Kessenger III and THomas Mother is Rebecca Fenwick . I would like more info on these Familes.
