It would be great if there was a connection. Here is all I know: Joseph Kestler and his wife, name unknown, had at least 2 sons, George and William. George married Josephine Mary Farrell and died in 1910 or 1911 in Orange County New York. William married and moved to Pennsylvania. There may have been a Peter somewhere in the family, possibly Joseph's father. I am guessing at this one but both George and William named a son Peter. I am not positive on the older Jospeh's name, my grandmother said she remembers visiting Grandpa's grandfather Joseph, but she could be wrong. My mother thought his name was Peter so I guess either name is possible. I'm sorry I don't have more.
