Well, it appears I check this page once a year!! Could you send a note to my home email (kestner@springnet1.com) My grandparents and parents grew up in Clayton and Camp Point, IL. Still have lots of relation there. I would have to ask my Aunt about the people you mentioned. Fredrick sounds familiar but don't know how related. I have a large write up of family history but it doesn't go back to Germany. Send me a note with the info you know.
