There is a book "Kettenring Family" by Henry Hardy Catron (1966), that contains literally thousands of names and traces the family several generations in Germany as well as several generations of Kettenrings/Catrons/Ketrons/etc in the US. The Wythe County Library in Wytheville, Virginia has a copy of the 1966 version. The Mormon library has some of Henry Hardy Catrons work on microfilm. It fills something like 15 rolls of film. I do not know what year the microfilm version was published.
