Yeah, yeah! I read further that some of your people are from IOM. That's where *my* John H. Kewley was reportedly born. He is listed on the 1850s census record in Grimes Co. Texas as born in Vermont. But that's ridiculous. We have info he came from IOM.
Maybe I'm wrong, but it wouldn't be the first time some yo-yo got info wrong on the census.
