I am looking for information on a John M Walker who married a Mary Kiddy, probably in Union, Mississippi about 1880. Mary (nickname Mattie) was born in Tennessee about 1864, the daughter of Carmack and Rebecca Kiddy. Mary Kiddy's siblings were Amanda (married Alexander Brown), Martha Jane (married 1st Francis M Carter and 2nd Martin Timothy Vanzant), and Paul W. B. (married Narcissa Stacks). I have found John and Mary (Kiddy) Walker on the 1920 and 1930 US Census records in Union, Mississippi but have been unable to find any other information on them between 1880 and 1920. Did they have children? What happened to them after 1930? Per family history, Mary and her siblings were full-blood or nearly full-blood American Indian, possibly Cherokee Indian. I have two pictures of Mary's sister, Martha. She does have the features of American Indian. Any help that anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Luann
