In efforts to try to track down Albertine Treichel born Oct 28, 1843 I came across a postcard of 1912 that referred to her as Aunt Albertine Keifer. The card was postmarked Milwaukee.
In my hopes to find a husband's name, I found another Albertine Kiefer married to John Kiefer. However, this Albertine's maiden name was Beder.
I continue to hope that I could track down one of the three missing Treichel sisters -- Albertine, Justine and Bertha.
