Hendrick [Henry] Kuiper/Kuyper/Cooper

Am trying to find connection with my ancestors dating back to 1855 in Coxsackie, Greene Co., NY. Henry Cooper [born abt 1806] and wife Polly [may have owned a brickyard along the Hudson] state they came from Columbia Co., NY. Their children were: Edward [Edwin] born abt 1830 in Otsego or Columbia Co., NY; Lester B. born abt 1833; Deloss born abt 1838; and Jane E. born abt 1841. There may have been more children.

Our DNA has direct matches with those in Netherlands, New Jersey, and Minnesota. Our Cooper's migrated from NY to through Ohio, Illinois to settle in Sullivan Co., Missouri. It was said you pronounce our name as "Kup-per".

Any help would be appreciated. I want to find Henry Cooper's parents and siblings.

Thank you,
Kathy Cooper-Roberts
