Timothy and Johanna Kiely, Tipperary

My great grandfather, Edmund Kiely, was born to Timothy and Johanna Kiely in 1824 in Tipperary, Cullen/Laatin "joint" parish, we think. Edmund Kiely emigrated to the United States where he changed his surname to Kelley and married Catherine Donovan, also of Tipperary. We understand that had at least two other children, Bridget who also emigrated to the US and whose married name was Burns, and Johannah who came to the US and entered a convent.

Any of above sound familiar to anyone? Looking both for additional family (Kiely) in the US (possibly Providence RI)as well as more specific information about Timothy Kiely family of Tipperary
