They surnames are definitely from Ireland, although this pair may have spent some time in England/Scotland.

You need some info for these ancestors. Specifically, DOB, DOM, place of birth, etc. You can get this online by looking for Australian passenger lists. These give the port of embarkation, debarkation, date of arrival, age of each passenger, etc. Find this and get back to me. Other sources are censuses and perhaps naturalization papers.
