Are you descended from the family of Edmond Kiely or Kylie and Amelia Powers who lived in Peterborough from about 1837-?

I was interested in them because my family also came from Peterborough (both Douro & Ennismore areas) and yesterday I discovered an old photographic plate (negative) in an envelope which my father had labelled Ed. Kielly. My guess is that it was taken about 1920-1940 and the man appears to be about 60 years old. I thought that he was probably a relative or a good friend of my family.

My Cosgriff-Sullivan family went from Peterborough to Rossland, BC and finally to the Oakland-San Francisco area so I don't know that this Ed. Kielly was a Peterborough Kiely or not.
